  • Day 1

    • Pick-up from Cochin and drive to Munnar (4-5-hrs), offering a breathtaking transition into the lush green Western Ghats.
    • Enroute, visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, followed by an immersive visit to local tea plantations and spice gardens.
    • Check into Tea County by KTDC. Relax and soak in the serene atmosphere.
      (The resort offers a variety of amenities to enhance your stay, including spa treatments, guided tea valley tours, trekking, and boating- available for an additional fee).
    • In the evening, visit Kalari Kshethra to witness the vibrant artistry of a traditional Kathakali performance and a thrilling Kalaripayattu martial arts show
    • Return to hotel to unwind and recharge for the day ahead. Overnight stay.
  • Day 2

    • After breakfast, by 9 am, departure for a visit to Eravikulam National Park, followed by an insightful tour of the Tea Museum.
    • After lunch, the exploration continues with visits to Mattupetty Dam, the resonant Echo Point, and serene Kundala Lake, alongside several breathtaking local viewpoints.
    • Discover Pothamedu View Point, the Botanical Garden, and the lush Blossom Hydel Park.
    • Return to the resort, and relax for the evening, enjoying the resort's peaceful surroundings at your leisure.
  • Day 3

    • After breakfast, check out and drive to Kumarakom. Check in to Waterscapes by KTDC.
    • Visit the charming Kumarakom Village and the secluded Pathiramanal Island a birdwatcher's haven accessible only by boat (located approximately 5 km from Kumarakom or 1.5 km from the Muhamma boat jetty).
    • Depending on your schedule, you may also choose to visit the renowned Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.
    • Following lunch, back to the resort and enjoy a variety of premium amenities.
    • Evening, end the day with a stunning sunset view while relaxing amidst the peaceful backwaters.
    • Overnight stay.
  • Day 4

    • After breakfast, check out and proceed to Cochin.
    • Subject to the availability of time, complimentary Cochin sightseeing which includes fort cochin, the Navy museum, St Francis church, the Chinese fishing net, Santa Cruz basilica, Mattanchery palace, Jewish synagogue, Marine drive, Marine walkway, boating etc.
    • Or, can go for a shopping at Cochin.
    • Drop at Cochin International Airport/Railway Station.

Notes:

  • The Eravikulam National Park tickets can be either booked in advance or purchased from the counter.
  • The park is closed from Feb to April due to the breeding time of Nilgiri Tahr.
  • Tea Museum is closed on Mondays.
  • Resort Activities: While specialized Ayurveda packages and motorized boating (speed boats and water boats) are available for an additional fee, the resort offers several complimentary activities, including cycling, swimming, an indoor park, and pedal boating.
  • The Dutch palace is closed on Fridays.
  • The synagogue opens from 10 AM to 1 PM and 3 to 5 PM and is closed on Fridays and Saturdays
