Ratheesh R. Nath is a certified business coach, an IIM Kozhikode alumnus, and holds an MS from Coventry University. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he transitioned from his role as an analyst at Tata Motors into the tourism industry to build his own venture.
Bringing with him a solid foundation in information technology and analytics, Ratheesh leveraged his expertise to accelerate the growth and scalability of his tourism business. Beyond entrepreneurship, he is a passionate philanthropist with a keen interest in motivational speaking, strategic planning, and soft skills development. He also mentors and coaches several SMEs, helping them strengthen systems, sharpen strategy, and improve profitability.

Sreedevi Ratheesh is a certified NLP trainer and consultant, holding an M.Tech from Amrita University. After her marriage to Ratheesh in 2011, she chose to step away from her role as an Assistant Professor at an engineering college to join and strengthen the family business.
With a natural flair for sales and strong HR expertise, Sreedevi seamlessly took charge of sales operations at Paradise Holidays. Her approach to sales is widely regarded as distinctive and relationship-driven within the industry. Beyond business, she is deeply passionate about public relations, teaching, skill development, and NLP training, and continues to serve as a consultant, empowering individuals and teams to unlock their potential.
