Booking Process
Inform the appropriate executive after you have confirmed the package's arrival dates. They
will email you all the information, including our account number and a link to transfer
advance through our website. All major credit and debit cards are accepted on our website,
but there will be an additional 2.5% card fee. Advance reservations will start once you
transfer.
We check hotel availability and will notify you if any of the hotels you have chosen are
unavailable, as well as provide alternative options with the pricing difference.
After the reservation is made, a hotel voucher will be sent to you. Depending on the urgency,
this takes one to two weeks because we need hotel email confirmation before providing the
voucher.
Cab information will be sent through SMS one day before arrival. When you arrive (just for
Cochin pick up), you will be met and driven to our customer relationship center where we will
meet with you to go over the package, make sure that all of our commitments are clear to
one another, and collect the remaining balance.
This experience makes the whole thing go much more smoothly and improves relationships.
You can pay your debt with cash, a debit card, a credit card, or a net transfer. We do not
take cheques.
Please let us know in advance and make the remaining amount before coming if you don't
want to see us or if your flight doesn't land in Cochin. During this visit, we will offer all the
required help.
