  • Day 1

    • Pick up from Trivandrum and drive to Paravoor, Kollam, via Chadayamangalam (80 km) to visit Jatayu Earth’s Center .
    • Check in to Fragrant Nature. Enjoy the amenities and surroundings of the resort and overnight stay.

  • Day 2

    • After breakfast, leave for a village tour from Kollam Boat Jetty
    • The village tour starts with a House boat cruise through the Mangrove forests in Ashtamudi lake to watch migratory birds. Enjoy the daily life of the villagers using water transportation for their daily needs.
    • A canoe ride to Munroe Island where the Lunch is served in a village house.
    • Watch fishing, coir making and farming, covering narrow canals during the canoe ride.
    • Drive back from Kollam boat jetty to the resort.
    • Enjoy the amenities in the resort and overnight stay.

  • Day 3

    • After breakfast, check out and leave for Trivandrum. Subject to availability of time, visit Sri Padmanabha Swamy temple, Kuthira Malika Palac, Sree Chithra Art Gallery, Zoological park, Planetarium etc.
    • Drop at Trivandrum International Airport/ Railway Station.

Notes:

  • If planning to avoid Trivandrum sightseeing and leaving by train, catch train from Kollam Junction Railway Station. If time permits, visit Thangassery Light House before departure.
