  • Day 1

    • Pick-up and transfer to the wellness retreat/resort.
    • Meet with the wellness/Ayurveda consultant to discuss your health concerns and goals to formulate the treatment and diet plan for you.
    • Lunch at Retreat or Resort (As per the diet plan prescribed by the physician).
    • Light stretching & Pranayama (breath work) for relaxation.
    • Herbal detox drink before dinner.
    • Light & healthy dinner (as per physician's prescription).

  • Day 2

    • Start the day with Yoga & Meditation for mental clarity.
    • Proceed for Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage.
    • Breakfast (prescribed by the physician).
    • Proceed for Nasya Therapy.
    • Lunch at the retreat/resort (As per the diet plan prescribed by the physician).
    • Proceed for Swedana.
    • Nature walk for enhanced circulation & relaxation.
    • Evening Yoga Nidra Session.

    • Start the day with Yoga & Meditation for mental clarity.
    • Proceed for Udwarthanam Ayurvedic massage.

    • Proceed for Pizhichil.

    • Proceed for Kizhi.
    • Guided mindfulness meditation for stress relief.

    • Start the day with Sunrise Yoga & Detox Breathing Techniques.
    • Proceed for Vamana Ayurvedic massage.
    • Breakfast (prescribed by the physician).
    • Proceed for Virechana.
    • Lunch at the retreat/resort.
    • Relax for the Day.
    • Guided relaxation therapy.
    • Light & healthy dinner (as per the physician's prescription).

    • Start the day with Gentle Yoga & Pranayama.
    • Proceed for Vasti Therapy.
    • Herbal Facial & Steam Bath.

    • Relax by refreshing short nap.

    • Proceed for Shirodhara.
    • Evening Self-care rituals & deep breathing techniques.

  • Day 6

    • Start the day with Yoga & Pranayama.
    • Proceed for Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage.
    • Herbal Bath.

    • Start the day with Yoga & Reflection Session.
    • Herbal detox drink.
    • Herbal Bath.

    • Relax by Nature Walk.

    • Evening Proceed for breathing techniques.
    • Light & healthy dinner (as per the physician's prescription).

  • Day 8

    • Start the day with Gentle Yoga.
    • Herbal Tea / Herbal Drink.
    • Breakfast (prescribed by the physician).
    • Review by the Ayurveda consultant.
    • Checkout and Drop-off at Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand.

  • Abhyanga (Oil Massage) - A full-body massage using warm herbal oils to relax and loosen toxins from the body, preparing it for deeper detoxification. The oils are selected based on your dosha.
  • Shirodhara (Oil Pouring Therapy) - Warm herbal oil is poured in a steady stream onto the forehead, helping to calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. It also prepares the body for the cleansing process.
  • Steam Therapy (Swedana) - The body is enveloped in steam to open up the pores, helping to release toxins through the skin.
  • Panchakarma Treatment Such as: (The core of Panchakarma involves five therapeutic procedures. Depending on the retreat's offerings and your body's requirements)
  • The following treatments might be initiated:
    • Vamana (Emesis Therapy): Induced vomiting to remove excess mucus or toxins from the upper body.
    • Virechana (Purgation Therapy): Administering a mild purgative to cleanse the digestive tract and eliminate toxins from the lower body.
    • Vasti (Enema Therapy): Herbalized enemas to cleanse the colon and remove deep-seated toxins.
    • Nasya (Nasal Cleansing): Herbal oils are applied to the nostrils to clear sinuses and cleanse the head region.

Houseboat is one of the iconic and most sought after experience in Kerala. Staying or cruising in a houseboat is as safe as travelling by any other vessel or mode of transportation.

These traditional boat houses have been transformed in to luxurious floating accommodation, offering a unique way to explore the scenic backwaters and the village life around the locality. Made primarily of wood, bamboo and coir, maintaining traditional aesthetics, houseboats are quipped with modern amenities like air-conditioned bedrooms, attached bathrooms, dining areas etc. Also, all meals are served on board.

Houseboats are categorized into Deluxe, Luxury and Premium classes. Deluxe houseboats will have very basic amenities. While booking a tour with us, you can ask our executive for a premium or luxury houseboat especially during the summer season, for better experience.
