  • Day 1

    • Pick-up and transfer to the wellness retreat/resort.
    • Meet with a wellness/Ayurveda consultant to discuss your health concerns and goals to formulate the treatments and diet plans for you.

    • Start the session with light yoga & breathing exercises (Pranayama).

  • Day 2

    • Start the day with Yoga & Pranayama session.
    • Proceed for Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage.
    • Breakfast (prescribed by the physician).
    • Relaxation Time – Nature Walk or take a refreshing nap.
    • Lunch at Retreat/Resort (As per the diet plan prescribed by the physician).
    • Proceed for Shirodhara Oil therapy.
    • Evening Guided Meditation & mindfulness session.

  • Day 3

    • Start the day with Pranayama for stress release.
    • Breakfast (prescribed by the physician).
    • Nature Walk for fresh air & mental calmness.
    • Proceed for Pizhichil (Warm Oil Therapy).
    • Lunch (As per the diet plan prescribed by the physician).
    • Proceed for Nasya Therapy (Nasal detox for mental clarity).
    • Yoga Nidra continues for Evening Session.
    • Herbal steam bath & foot soak therapy for good sleep.
    • Light & healthy dinner (as per physician's prescription).

  • Day 4

    • Start the day with Sunrise Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation.
    • Proceed for Shiroabhyanga for stress relief.
    • Herbal Facial & Kizhi for tension relief.
    • Breakfast (prescribed by the physician).
    • Leisure Time – or personal relaxation.

    • Afternoon relax by refreshing short nap.

    • Morning Gentle Yoga & Reflection Session.

    • Checkout and Drop-off at Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand.

Houseboat is one of the iconic and most sought after experience in Kerala. Staying or cruising in a houseboat is as safe as travelling by any other vessel or mode of transportation.

These traditional boat houses have been transformed in to luxurious floating accommodation, offering a unique way to explore the scenic backwaters and the village life around the locality. Made primarily of wood, bamboo and coir, maintaining traditional aesthetics, houseboats are quipped with modern amenities like air-conditioned bedrooms, attached bathrooms, dining areas etc. Also, all meals are served on board.

Houseboats are categorized into Deluxe, Luxury and Premium classes. Deluxe houseboats will have very basic amenities. While booking a tour with us, you can ask our executive for a premium or luxury houseboat especially during the summer season, for better experience.
