            Hi Komathei,
Three to four days would be good to cover most of the places in a relaxed mode. But it can be done in 2 days also. And again, you can add more days as per your convenience.

You can visit Munnar at any time. Even though May is the hottest time in Kerala, you can expect summer rain in Munnar which makes cooler in the day time . Also, the Munnar Flower Festival is going on.

    • Sunu Philip on November 8, 2016 at 9:34 am

      Hi Khushi,
If you are planning to travel by flight, the main airport to reach Munnar is Kochi International Airport. From there you’ll have to either board a bus or car to reach Munnar.
If you wish to travel to Munnar by train, Ernakulam and Aluva are the nearest stations. You can book the train to any of these stations based on availability. You can choose to get down at any of the mentioned stations and from there you can reach Munnar by bus.

And please refer to the article to select the places you want to visit. Please feel free to contact us at info@paradise-kerala.com if you need any more help.

    Hi Mam,

Thankyou for this wonderful article. I have been really searching hard for the best places I can visit in Munnar. I could find it here…

We a team of around 15 members (including family) are planning to visit Munnar on February 17, 18, 19 of this year. We all are from Trivandrum. We would like to start on Friday 17th evening(after 6pm) , spent Saturday 18th the whole day visiting places, need one night stay on Saturday 18th (we would love to have Campfire at night) and can spent next day Sunday 19th morning session for roaming around and should return on Sunday 19th evening , so that we can reach Trivandrum by Sunday night.

With these requirements , could you please help me with the best options of visiting places in Munnar?

    Thanks in advance.
    Aswathy
