Day 1
- Pick up from Madurai or Tiruchirappalli and drive to Visalam
- Check in to the hotel, try Chettinad authentic cuisine, visit Chettinad Mansions and antique markets.
- Visit colourful tile-making of Athangudi.
- Back to resort, dinner and overnight stay.

- After breakfast, explore bustling market of Karaikudi for antiques and local handicrafts.
- Drive to Mantrakoodam near Kumbakonam (4hrs). Check in to the propserty. Experience village life, temple rituals and regional traditions.

- After breakfast, explore the architectural marvels of Chola dynasty. Begin with a visit to UNESCO listed World Heritage Sites, Airavatesvara temple admired for its stone crafting, Brihadeeswarar temple and Gangaikonda Cholapuram Temple.
- Visit local artisans specialised in traditional bronze casting and silk weaving.
