I, along with my family, recently had the opportunity to visit Bengaluru (Bangalore)<\/strong> \u2014 and it was truly an experience to remember. In this blog, I\u2019ll take you through some of the best places we explored, including Bengaluru Palace<\/strong>, Vidhana Soudha<\/strong>, Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technical Museum<\/strong>, Bannerghatta National Park<\/strong>, and the Butterfly Park<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bengaluru Palace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our journey began at Bengaluru Palace<\/strong>, a magnificent example of royal architecture. Surrounded by lush greenery, the palace showcases intricate carvings, beautiful paintings, and royal artifacts. The Durbar Hall<\/strong>, with its chandeliers and stained-glass windows, captures the city\u2019s regal heritage. It\u2019s a must-visit for anyone who loves history and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vidhana Soudha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Next, we visited Vidhana Soudha<\/strong>, one of Bengaluru\u2019s most iconic landmarks. This grand building houses the Karnataka Legislative Assembly<\/strong> and is admired for its Neo-Dravidian architecture. Walking through its marble corridors and high ceilings was like stepping into a different era. It\u2019s one of those places where you truly feel the pride of Karnataka\u2019s governance and design excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udde0 Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technical Museum<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Named after Sir M. Visvesvaraya, this museum is a paradise for science enthusiasts. It showcases India\u2019s journey through technology \u2014 from early machines to modern innovations in space and robotics. The interactive exhibits and the Dinosaur Corner<\/strong> made it a fun experience for both kids and adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located on the outskirts of Bengaluru, Bannerghatta National Park<\/strong> is the perfect destination for wildlife lovers. The safari through the park offered us close views of tigers, lions, elephants, and bears. The park also has a zoo, a rescue center, and a butterfly enclosure that showcases the region\u2019s biodiversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watching them dance among the flowers was a peaceful and magical experience. It\u2019s a great reminder of how nature adds life to every corner of Bengaluru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bengaluru\u2019s food scene is another highlight. The city is famous for its South Indian delicacies like idli, dosa, vada, and sambar<\/strong>. Don\u2019t miss the chance to try local street food or dine at heritage restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kerala\u2019s backwaters, hill stations like Wayanad, and beach destinations like Kovalam are just a few hours away by road or train.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
