Virecana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Virecana therapy uses laxatives to remove toxins from the liver and gall bladder. It helps cure diseases such as\u00a0diabetes, constipation, psoriasis and gynecological problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0Basti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Basti uses medicated enema\u00a0in the form of medicated oils and herbal concoctions to eliminate\u00a0toxins from the colon. It helps cure conditions such as\u00a0paraplegia, cervical spondylosis, constipation, digestive problems, backache, obesity and infertility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.\u00a0Nasya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nasya uses nasal administration of medicated oil\u00a0to remove toxins from the head and neck region. It treats\u00a0rheumatism, emaciation of limbs, joint pains, high blood pressure and skin diseases.<\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Sirovasthi in Kerala Ayurveda<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>In this treatment, a cap is fitted to the person\u2019s head and lukewarm oils poured into it. The oil has to remain there for a period of\u00a015 to 60 minutes depending on the condition of the patient. The entire treatment has to be done for about 7 days, and is an effective treatment for\u00a0paralysis, dryness of the nostrils, throat, mouth and head diseases.<\/p>\n<h3><b>6.
